Fourth Quote can help you produce letterheads, followers, with comp slips and presentation folders to name a few. Most business stationery such as letterheads and with compliment slips are printed using 90gsm paper, otherwise known as "bond". This is essentially the same type of paper you would use through your photo copier or printer but marginally thicker. It is also the most cost effective for everyday use.

Available Paper Stocks
Depending on your business, bond may be all you need. It performs well and is economical. However, there is a large range of specialty stocksa vailable in smooth whites, colours, linens, recycled and many have matching envelopes as well. If you would like samples, let us know and we can organise for you.

Print Technologies We Use
All our printing is produced "offset" for best performance and results. We cater for both full colour (CMYK) and artwork created using the Pantone™ colour matching system. If you have created the artwork yourself, we can convert to press ready for you.

How Much Will My Letterheads Cost?
The most economical option is full colour where you share the press with a number of other customers. For example, we can produce 4 X A4 letterheads on the A2 press. Using this method, 1000 letterheads will cost you around $190.00 plus GST. However, if colour accuracy is critical, we would recommend running your job on it's own for optimum results.

What Are The Minimum Quantities?
Cost of plates and setup make it uneconomical to produce anything under 1000. As the quanity climbs beyond 5000, the price per piece reduced significantly because the setup costs are amitised across a larger quantity.

Artwork & Turnaround Times
We accept artwork created using professional design software and can convert most artwork created using other popular programs such as Publisher™, Word™ & Excel™. Once you approve your artwork, production is approximately 3-5 days plus delivery where applicable.
