Available Sizes
Business envelopes are available in a variety of sizes which you can view here.

Paper Weights
In most cases, standard envelopes are between 80 and 120gsm depending on their size. Larger envelopes are manufactured using heavier stock to cope with bigger or bulky items.

Paper Colour (Standard Stock)
Standard colour is white and available in peal & seal, press seal, Lik"N"Stik, plain or secretive stock. You can purchase these envelopes printed with your company logo or unprinted.

Non Standard Sizes
We have a good selection of existing formes which may suit you. Alternatively, we can create anything up to an A3.

Hand Made and Smaller Run Quantities
Smaller quantities (up to 2000) are more economical hand produced due to the setup costs on the equipment. Hand made envelopes are still produced using a forme and only the gluing process is done by hand. The finish is of excellent quality and commercially professional. Quantities over 1000 and up to 20,000 are better suited on a machine using a heavier stock (250gsm+).

Large runs (20K Plus)
If you are a large user of envelopes or require a custom size or a custom window position, ask us for a quote.

Printing in single, multiple or full colour coverage
You can have your envelopes printed in a single, multiple or full colour. We cater for both Pantone(tm) and CMYK technologies as well as foils and embossing if you want to create something really special.

Using Non Standard Paper Stock
Where you opt to create a custom size enveleope, you have the option of selecting the paper stock as well. There are some excellent papers and board stocks available through our paper merchants and we can organise samples to help you choose.
